Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to be treated as valid. Applicable bank charges will be deducted from all refunded amounts.
To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for all guests and neighbours, we ask that every member of your group follows these guidelines.
As per Goa state law, loud music and amplified sound are not permitted after 10:00 PM. All gatherings must remain within a respectful noise level at all times.
Government-issued photo IDs (Aadhaar, Passport, or equivalent) of all group members are mandatory at the time of check-in. Please ensure every guest carries valid documentation.
The property is reserved exclusively for the registered group. Outside visitors and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted on the premises without prior written approval from our team.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in all air-conditioned areas. Designated outdoor areas may be used for smoking.
Any illegal activity on the premises, including use of controlled substances, will result in the immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
All guests are expected to treat the villa, its furnishings, and every member of our staff with care and respect throughout their stay.
The following policies apply to pets, arrival and departure procedures, and reservation requirements.
Pets are warmly welcome at both properties. Up to 2 pets are permitted per reservation at no additional charge. Additional pets may be accommodated upon prior approval depending on breed and size. Please inform us at the time of booking with breed and size details so we can prepare accordingly.
Check-in is at 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability. Please coordinate with us at least 48 hours in advance.
